It seems like all I hear about lately is mentorship.

This got me thinking: if everyone, even successful people, is talking about it, then surely it must be important.

A mentor is someone who guides you. It can be your teacher, a successful business person in your community or someone older and experienced in the career path you want to follow. A mentor helps you set goals and work on achieving them. But what happens if, like me, you can’t find a mentor in your community? I went online, now my mentor is in my pocket.
