Drink more water
Our bodies are made up of 50 to 60 percent water, which we lose throughout the day when we sweat, go to the toilet and even when we breathe! Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Your skin will look good. You’ll also boost your metabolism. This is our body’s way of burning energy.

Walk more
It’s free and the easiest way to start exercising. Walk for 30 minutes three times a week, increasing your speed and pace every time. Do it with friends for #squadgoals.

Remember to walk where the streets a lit, and to avoid abandoned places like open velds.

Watch less TV and read more.
Reading is fun, for real. You just need to find books that interest you. This is where your community library comes in. You’ll have access to hundreds of books and meet new people. Acne is an issue that affects many teenagers and young adults. It is caused by dirt and oil build up in the pores and sometimes can be brought on by hormones. I would advise that you wash your face gently but thoroughly twice a day and drink more water, at least 8 glasses a day. Also try not to touch your face too much and avoid popping pimples as this may cause scaring. If this doesn't make a difference then I recommend that you consult a dermatologist.

The fungus Candida is a naturally occurring microorganism in the vaginal area. If there’s an imbalance in your system, these bacteria won’t work effectively causing an overgrowth of yeast, which causes the symptoms of vaginal yeast infections. Vaginal yeast infections aren’t considered a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Sexual contact can spread it, but women who aren’t sexually active can also get them. Once you get a yeast infection, you’re also more likely to get another one.

Hi Tintwsalo ... There are many pizzas out there and there r pizza's that r healthier than other pizzas maybe u should try them and see which healthy pizza u desire ... many healthy pizzas contain vegatables
