I think I am too fat and I want to lose weight .But I just keep on craving fatty foods and I don't know why and I can't jog alone because around our town it's not safe but sometimes I do power walks just around where I live but because I want to be fit I muat beat it.I have always wanted to have that model body everyone envies so I will have to do it I guess.What do you suggest I do about my situation?
